Nick Kemp will be in India in 2015 to run the complete 10 day Provocative Change Works Practitioner tentatively around September time. SEE HERE for details.
Nick first became interested in personal development in the late 1970s running workshops in the UK, USA and Europe. This led him to explore the work of Milton Erickson and others who were primary influences on the creators of NLP. In the 1990s he started exploring many different systems of personal development and accelerated change and in 2001 started to create the Human Alchemy series of products which are distributed internationally. The first CD in the series, The Adventures of Well Being Now attracted the attention of Crown House Publishing was described by them in the following manner in their internationally established Changes magazine:
"This is a very interesting CD using hypnotic language techniques to take you on an adventure discovering deep relaxation as well as facilitating change. We are sent many CDs and audiotapes from therapists for review, but it is truly unusual to come across a product that is as effective and professional as this offering from Nick Kemp. As well as being a useful tool it should be of great interest to those who wish to use the more complex language techniques inherited from Milton Erickson's great work. Highly recommended!"
During this period he also created the first ever DTS multi channel hypnosis induction as an EP called "This Healing Space". Rather than simply being a stereo recording, this piece was recorded using 5 separate channels creating a very different listening experience. The complete collection of Human Alchemy recordings can be found in the store on this site in “The Complete Human Alchemy” 7 CD box set.
In 2004 he first met Frank Farrelly and spent three years intensively studying Provocative Therapy to become a Farrelly endorsed Provocative Therapy trainer having attended many of his trainings as well as having hundreds of hours of one to one contact with him discussing this approach. With his permission Nick set up “The Association for Provocative Therapy” as an international resource for teaching classic Provocative Therapy.
By 2004 Nick began presenting NLP workshops in the UK as well as writing numerous articles for a number of international magazines. In 2005 he set up a universal free NLP resource which reflects views from all schools of NLP to promote healthy NLP debate and discussion. In 2006 he was invited as a guest on BBC Radio and for a 26 week period worked with phobics live on the radio for an hour each week, curing all the phobics who volunteered as clients for these sessions. In 2007 he released a DVD of my "Provocative Change Works™" approach which had commentary and an introduction from Frank Farrelly himself. Frank Farrelly has been pivotal in developing Nicks work and a great source of inspiration and encouragement: Since then Nick has released numerous other DVDs and CDs from his international trainings.
