The Indian & International Professional Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming is an initiative of and founded by Charles Saldanha of ClassNLP. It is designed and developed from the ground up as a communal resource available to Indian, UAE & International NLP Enthusiasts. IPANLP endorse NLP Training including that which falls outside the scope of established organisations, such as New Code NLP.  The intention is to develop the best NLP Practitioners & Educators in the world in India &UAE whilst encouraging continued practice & training toward excellent levels of NLP skill & ability.

IPANLP does this by encouraging CPD (Continuous Professional Development) and embracing some of the core principles of NLP, to expand choice, to respect others models of the world, flexibility and NLP Modelling.

There are levels of certification rather than levels of association, so that all associates are equal and encouraged to aspire to the highest standards of professionalism in the field of NLP in India & UAE through CPD - Continuous Professional Development.

Our Association

IPANLP want to see NLP Enthusiasts in UAE & India set the benchmark in NLP Education & Application that the rest of the world can only aspire to. And we have!

IPANLP is not an NLP Membership organisation, is independent of all NLP Membership bodies and recognise all certifications for professional progression within IPANLP.  This is because IPANLP view certification as the start of your continuing journey to becoming an NLP Professional rather than an end result.

IPANLP is a self organising learning entity that encourages communities within the larger community to gather together and form practical NLP Practice groups.

Participants are required to have a much deeper knowledge and understanding of Classic Code NLP than traditional Classic Code Practitioners in order to evolve toward New Code NLP.

Who We Are

IPANLP are an elite community of Internationally certificated NLP Enthusiasts who recognise that membership of existing world organisations limits & restricts NLP Practitioners in India & UAE, because progression within them is most often about political savvy rather than application or contribution to the field of NLP.

Because most of the current NLP trainings, standards, certification levels and code of ethics of existing organisations are a throw back to the late 1970's, IPANLP encourage the communities of NLP to update and are developing a flexible framework to continually move forward in this dynamic field of study.

IPANLP have considered its framework in the now, from the ground up and are proposing the following improvements for consideration.

NLP Practitioner --> NLP Agent of Change
NLP Master Practitioner --> NLP Meta Agent of Change
NLP Trainer --> NLP Trainer (refocused to using NLP to teach NLP)
NLP Master Trainer --> NLP Educator (experienced trainer)
No Classic Code equivalent --> NLP Meta Educator

These are levels of contribution to the community of IPANLP and the field of NLP rather than levels of 'significance'.
