* At ClassNLP I generally choose to educate a maximum of 6 participants per class on my main certification courses.

Eary booking is essential to secure this place and to complete any pre-course preparation. Fees remain low and affordable because everyone shares the cost equally! The fee generally includes pre-course assistance, training, supervision, coaching, materials, am/pm refreshments.

Incentives may be available for early payment because it helps significantly with my administration and I appreciate those who are considerate of my time & efforts.

Please help me to contain the costs by paying as early as possible.

The ClassNLP Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Bookings are only confirmed with full payment or at minimum a deposit!

All requests for refunds must be made in writing and received more than a month prior to the program start, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation more than a month prior to the commencement of program: For my courses only, deposits and balance of training fees are refundable  provided that no direction or materials have been received from me in relation to the program or they may be credited to a future training.

Cancellations during the month prior to commencement of program: For all courses deposits and balance of training fees are non-refundable, although in special circumstances and with my approval  they may be credited to a future training.

Cancellation after receiving pre-course preparation or study direction: Deposits are non-refundable after receiving any direction or materials from me in support of any of my programs. The balance of training fees are refundable or may be credited to a future training if the cancellation is received more than 1 month prior to the commencement of the program.
